- Electricity and civil construction projects;
- Advertising, signage, and decoration support.
SERVASSISTE
also takes a look at the level of equipment or substitute
optimization when there may be a probability of significant
savings for the Client, thus broadening its involvement in
the areas of Oversight and Consultation.
SERVASSISTE
was the first business in its activity sector to be
certified by the NP EN ISO 9002 norm. The conformance
of the services provided by SERVASSISTE in the management
and maintenance of the equipment and buildings was
reevaluated, when in 2003 it obtained the transition from
the certification of its Quality Management System to the
NP EN ISO 9001:2000 reference.
Seeking to reconcile its economic development policy with
the reduction of the current environmental impact of its
activities, namely in respect of energy and natural resource
consumption, the production of waste, gas emissions, the use
of chemical products and noise, integrated the environmental
component into its Management System. Thus the NP EN ISO
14001:2004 certification was obtained in 2008.
Environmental Policy
In constituting itself as an example
in the maintenance sector, SERVASSISTE has the objective of
reconciling its economic development policy with a reduction
in its environmental impact and the prevention of pollution
related to its activities.
Through its Environmental Policy SERVASSISTE expresses its
work in guaranteeing the continuous improvement of its
environmental role; it commits itself to adopting procedures
that favor the reduction of its significant environmental
aspects while fulfilling national and community legislative
requirements, and other environmental regulations applicable
to its activities, namely in respect to: energy and natural
resource consumption, waste production, gas emissions, the
use of chemical products and noise.

oriented towards the client and results, SERVASSISTE seeks
the continuous improvement of the quality of services and
products provided, and of methodologies and work procedures.
