Organization

Mundicenter is investing in new concepts of spaces,
bringing together retailing and leisure activities and is modernising its shopping centres.

Mundicenter-SGPS, SA has its assets spread across seven companies in order to individualize each of the areas of business. Mundicenter SGPS has fit the coordination and performance of common functions and auxiliary set (strategic planning, budgeting, management control, investments, human resources, institutional relations,...) and the subsidiaries and other companies are concerned with the management operating activities aggregated by business areas:

Shopping malls
Company consultancy and services
Commercial parks
Maintenance and engineering

The main shareholder of Mundicenter SGPS, SA, is the Alves Ribeiro Group (86%), through various of the companies belonging to this group.


	The Company plans to continue to invest in this business area. About 50% of this investment will be self-financed. It is financially solid, has ongoing ability to generate financial resources, management credibility and a fast, efficient decision structure.
